Hello from the MTC - Getting ready to head to Pennsylvania...

So this is for everyone! I don't have much time left. I had lots of emails today! It made me so happy! So I was excited to read and response to those! I think I responded mostly to everyone. Anywho, I would first off like to thank those again that have emailed me! It means so much to me and makes me SO SO happy to feel love from you! Oh gosh I just wish I could give you all hugs! Mom, Dad and Tami-that's so fun you got to go to Lake Stevens this today! I bet it was super duper fun! In their cute little new and improved fire-pit! I so wish I could see it! ha but please send me pix soon! Tell me all about it next week. I dunno when my P-day will be next week when I'll be in PA!! bah! crazy...super crazy.

Mom hahaha I laughed so hard when you talked about calling the poops..."poo-poos! haha I can just picture it now. lol I wish I could do it here in the computer lab but people might look at me weird. I'm so excited to talk to you!! it'll probably be around 10-11 or so your time. anywho, glad you were able to get journals! again sorry they're so long. I'm sending more today so you'll be getting those soon! :D 

 thanks so much for your package! It made me so happy! I was so glad to get all those pix. So I think I talked a little bit about it in my journal but I just have to tell you when I showed my district the pic of our family in front of the temple they totally thought that you were my sister! haha and then one of the Elders went around asking who they thought was my mom in the pic and they all said T! hahaha so I just had to let you know that they all think you're cute and stylish and sisterly looking! and you totally do! :D  (edited:  this was because Nate was not able to stay for pictures at the temple, so Telisha was in the picture by herself...)

Because you won't be getting the journals for a couple days -I'll make this short and sweet. (like Landon told me) I'm doing good. It's been another crazy week and I can't believe I'm leaving!! bah! so weird and crazy. I'm definitely excited but kinda nervous too...but we're all (our whole zone-and others) pumped to be at the airport together super late/early in the morning! yipe!! it should be an adventure. Mom thanks for doing all that blog and journal stuff. I know it can be frustrating sometimes but I greatly appreciate it! :D It's a huge help to me! I tried to send pictures too but my computer didn't work for it so I'm just going to forward you this other email...it's my comps email. I have no idea what the email says-i guess you can read it. ha it'll tell you more of what I've been up to. but pix are attached so yea. I'll be talking to you so soon though! my mind is going crazy with thoughts and stuff I want to tell you but yea...haha. P.s. i'll be calling with a phone card so try and answer the first time cuz it cost like 160 minutes or something to just call. I've got 500 on the card. anywho, I've still been learning a lot and such!! give everyone hugs and kisses and my love to them!

Here is the first message/letter that we received from Tiffany!  She sounds so great and happy.  I love it! Received Saturday July 20 2013

Mama!!!

Just so you know things are going great here!! I have so much to tell you and so SO little time. First of all, P-day came WAY quicker than I thought eh? crazy. Mom thank you SO much for the little note as well as the cookies. They are so stinkin good and everyone in the district loved them! I will be hopefully mailing you my journal entries off sometime today so I sure hope you get them soonish. Itll only be 3 days but they are long. hehe I definitely write way more than Landon. oops...so that may or may not be a good thing. who knows. You might enjoy it and you might now. so sorry about that. I just want to write down the things I want to remember-and it seems to be SO much! gosh they seriously do not give you much time at all for this whole emailing thing so Im glad Im doing the journals. So my P-day here is Saturday. Ill only have one more-next sat. We got our iteneraries yesterday and you will not believe this. Its crazy. haha Im already laughing about it cuz its so insane. So from tomorrow we will leave in one wk. We will be leaving sunday afternoon around 8pm, head to the airport, then we fly out at 1:05AM (sun night/mon morning) yes you read that correctly-AM. AM people-thats nuts! I didnt know we could do that! So youre an hour behind us so ill probably be at the airport around 11-midnight so a little bit earlier youre time on sunday night so answer youre phone!! even if you dont know the number :) haha isnt that so cool? Im pretty excited actually. And hald of my zone will alll be leaving then too so we will have a blast. They are so great! We have way too much fun together.

I guess little info to know until you get the details-my comp is Sister Endter-she is awesome! We get along so well :) I love it. We have so much in common. We even both guessed/wanted to go to Australia for our missions. random right? Its just so fantastic. Well I only have 10 min left and theres so much I want to tell you that I am forgetting it all. haha Just know I am doing good. Learning a lot, getting more over my nerves and excited to go teach the people in PA. I sometimes just want to be out there already and Ive only been here a few days.

I know this is what Im supposed to be doing at this time in my life. It is what the lord wants me to do. I cant wait to bring others unto Christ and teach them the gospel and have their lives be changed. This is the TRUE gospel and I am grateful for the love the Savior has for me and everyone else in this world! Yipee! I hope to talk to yall soon! Mom please forward this to everyone. or something...i dunno do whatever you want. :) Love to you and dad! Cant wait to hear from you soon!

OH mom!! im excited to get your package...ill be kicked off in abaout 5 min but thanks for sedning everything! and yes I actually just saw Skyler today! It made me SO happy!! :D and yesterday I saw my old FHE brother from the fall semester. It was sad i couldnt hug them. Sorry i cant send any pix today i want to super bad but i dont think theyll let me back on here. bummer. ahhh!!!

p.s. thank you for ALL youre prayers and love and support. Thank everyone else too for me! I greatly appreciate the comments that people have given me. I hope that I can fulfill everything they say about me. I need those prayers...its hard to be here and so tiring and draining. boy was I pooped last night but I need its the Lords work! Im grateful to be able to grow from this experience and continue to grow even more! IT feels like i've been here forever. bah! ayhwo, gary says hi. He helps me keep a smile on at night when i just feel so exhausted. p.s. just so you know they do let you write your family on the first day...hand written. they just never let us send it so...thats probably why it happened...ok love you!

Sister Berry begins her Missionary Service

Tiffany was set apart for her Mission on the evening of Monday July 15 2013 by President Frank Rodarte Jr.  What a wonderful blessing and opportunity that was!!!  A blessing to stay healthy, focused and obedient.  She was told that she will use her talents to bring others to Christ.  We were all very humbled to be there.  Dad, Mom and Tami were in attendance.

Happily, Tiffany flew out around 1:00 pm PST, so it made for a little more relaxed morning getting everything ready to go...unlike Landon who left around 7:00 am, which meant leaving for the airport around 4:30 am!

 Tiffany flew into Salt Lake City on Tuesday July 16 2013.  She was picked up by Breanna and Rudyard who stayed with her until she was dropped off on Wednesday July 17 2013 around 12:30 pm MST.

She was very excited and happy as she said her goodbyes....

Don't you think it was nice that we all coordinated with the teal blue?  Okay, that was weird that all of us girls were in the same color for these pictures....on two different days.  :)

Tiffany entered the MTC with a smile on her face, feeling a bit anxious, but joy in the knowledge that she was ready to serve!  I will really miss this girl!!
